Well, it's been a while since I posted. We had a great visit with our friends, Ed and Marily Butler and their grandson, Zack. We left their house on August 12th and decided to stay at a park on the Mississippi River and rest up for a few days. We had a really good time there. Wayne even got to do a little fishing. We also took a river boat ride on the Mississippi, which was real relaxing. Got to see some bald eagles. It was really cool. I got a picture, but it's not very good. Did quite a bit of bike riding also. We left there and made our way slowly through Iowa and Missouri and now we are in Clinton, Kansas at Bloomington Park on Clinton Lake. It's a real nice Corps of Engineers park. We will probably be here until next Monday, August 26th. Then we will head towards Tulsa, OK, where we will get to spend some time with Wayne's cousin, Dale and his lovely wife, Jennifer. We are really looking forward to this. Will post again when I get some more pics of the lake and park. Love You All.

Don't know what happed to this pic. But, it's the only one I took in Missouri. Looks so much like Texas, except it's green.
I almost missed this sign.
I have never seen so much farm land in my life.
