We got to Yellowstone RV Park around 11 a.m. yesterday. After we got set up, we decided to go ahead and go into the park. We left our campground around 1 p.m. and didn't get back until 9 p.m. We saw Old Faithful Geyser. I thought that was pretty neat. But then.....I got to see a real live grizzly bear in the wild. We stopped and took pictures. It was awesome. There were probably about 50 people stopped on the side of the road. We also saw buffalo and elk. It was a pretty exciting day. The horseback riding on Thursday was really awesome, too. We rode for a little over 2 hours. By the time we got back, my knees and calves and ankles, etc. etc. etc. were all killing me. I thought I was really gonna be sore the next day, but NOT. That, in itself, was pretty amazing. I couldn't even get on the horse by myself. I had to have a step up. That's really pretty sad. But the ride was beautiful, although, we didn't see any wildlife while we were riding. We will go back into the park today and do some more looking and picture taking. For my family....we don't have any phone service where we are. We are right on the Yellowstone River surrounded by mountains. If there is an emergency, we are at Yellowstone RV Park in Gardiner, MT. Will post again soon. Love You All. Or you can e-mail me.
