We left Albert Lea, MN this morning at 8:00 and arrived in Readstown around 1:00 p.m. We are at our friends, Ed and Marilyn Butler's house. We will be here for awhile. Not really sure how long they will put up with us. Marilyn is not home. She is at their daughter's house babysitting their granddaughter until tomorrow. Ed took us out to eat at the Kickapoo Inn tonight. These are some people we met over at Canyon Lake this past winter. Really excited to be here and get to spend some time with them. Then, in the winter, they will come back to Texas and we'll get to see them again. It's really interesting to meet people in all the different states and see the difference in how they live, what they like to eat, etc. We have met so many nice people. This has been quite the experience. I never, ever thought that we would get a chance to do something like this. We have been so blessed. Will write again later and send pictures. Love to you all.

  1. I know Butch will never retire to do anything like that so I am living vicariously through your adventures! Awesomeness! Wandering what month you will return home so we can come visit. I am having some surgery on my right hand and arm next week...6 week recovery then schedule other hand for October. It is going to get real boring around here. Love y'all! Keep having fun! :)
